We believe few things are more inspirational than watching people take whatever hand they've been dealt and make the most of every opportunity God gives them. In this spirit we will show up, keep going, and keep GROWING as long as we are able. In the decade+ years of business we have raised babies, faced financial and relationship struggles, survived a global pandemic, improved properties, laughed, cried and LEARNED. When times are dark the assignment is to shine! And by doing that in our business and our lives, we hopefully inspire others to do the same.

Crystal Albers

Life is tough! We often take on the roll of "therapist" and certainly appreciate the support we get from our dear clients. Picture meeting and chatting with 5-8 of your friends with one goal: to make them feel better about themselves...it's truly the best livelihood! 

​Crystal grew up in the Lingle area, graduating from Lingle-Fort Laramie High School. In addition to helping her husband out with his business and taking care of her daughter, she is a great help to us in the salon and with the former salon-turned rental.*

We love Crystal's great attitude and sweet personality! We are so grateful to have her around!

Salon/Rental Help

Theresa grew up in the Torrington, Wyoming area, graduating from Southeast High School. She then attended Eastern Wyoming College graduating from the cosmetology program in 2007. In addition to raising 3 kids and working at the salon, Theresa operates as an independent beauty consultant and skincare distributor. In her spare time Theresa enjoys camping, fishing, crafting and painting. She lives in Lingle with her family and has been with Essence Salon since 2018.

Theresa also offers pedicures, nail services, and facials.

Full-Service Cosmetologist

Hairstylist/Owner

Dani grew up in the Morrill, Nebraska area, graduating from Mitchell High School. She completed her cosmetology training at Joseph's College of Beauty in Kearney, Nebraska in 2004. She lives outside of Lingle with her family.  She spends her time fixing up old properties, landscaping and loves traveling and being outdoors with her family.

Dani started Essence Salon in 2014. She enjoys enhancing natural beauty, and loves the relationships she's able to build with clients and her community.

We don't want to change everything about our clients' looks...we just want to bring out the beauty we know is already there. We have given first haircuts to toddlers, shaved heads before chemo treatments, performed wedding parties, and even styled hair post-mortem for viewings. We regularly experience the beauty of humanity in all it's phases. Our primary roll is to show up and help our clients feel and look their best through life's moments.
