We offer a structured booth rent arrangement for cosmetologists, nail techs, estheticians, and massage therapists. Tenants will be charged a flat rate based on full or part-time status and will conduct business as a self-employed independent contractor. Experience is preferred but we are willing to take on recent beauty school graduates if we feel you are a good fit! Anyone interested may apply in person during business hours.
